A disturbing video is leaving countless people heartbroken after showing dozens of dogs and cats crammed into old metal cages so small they can barely lie down or even turn around.
Their terrified eyes, weak cries, and trembling bodies from hunger and fear are enough to break anyone’s heart.
No one knows exactly how long they have been there.
No one knows whether they will still be alive tomorrow.
